Hey! I was just out visiting my brother who’s a surgeon.  He told me he was having thumb pain. Nothing that stops him for doing what he needs to do, but it bothers him…everyday. It’s this nagging, annoying, achenes that just doesn’t go away.  

Want to know what I told him to do to help get rid of thumb pain? 

(Ps…he told me months ago…but didn’t want to admit that he needs his sister ????)

He … just like you and me… use our hands for EVERYTHING! Work, play, and everything in between…

Do you know that your thumb does 50% of the work for your hands? It helps you to pick up small items, but it also is what gives you strength when gripping or pinching something.  If you didn’t have the use of your thumbs, it would be very hard to open a bag of chips, tie your shoes, or open a door to name a few things.  Sure…there are ways to get around this.

BUT if you have TWO thumbs…why not help make sure you can use it without suffering and also help to keep them healthy and last for the rest of your life?

These tips are great if you have MUSCLE PAIN right in the meat of your thumb. 

You can….

  1. Massage it where it hurts…(but then your other thumb might get tired)
  2. Roll it out on a ball or mini foam roller
  3. The BEST is to ice massage it.
